Tomatick

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Short version: the Tomatick app stores everything locally on your Mac — nothing is uploaded, no account, no server-side processing. This website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and collects no personal information.

The Tomatick app

Tomatick runs entirely on your Mac. Your settings, presets, alarms and event history are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Tomatick/ and never leave your device. There are no accounts, no telemetry, and no network calls to us. If you use the Export Settings / Export History features, the resulting files go wherever you choose to save them.

This website (tomatick.us)

tomatick.us is a static site. It uses Plausible Analytics, self-hosted by us, for aggregate visit statistics. Plausible is cookieless, sets no persistent identifiers, and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. We use it to count page views, referrers, and download clicks in aggregate — nothing that identifies you.

  • No cookies, no local storage beyond your chosen light/dark theme preference.
  • No advertising, no third-party trackers, no Google/Meta products.
  • Static assets are served over HTTPS from our own infrastructure.

Third parties

Downloads and source code are hosted on GitHub; visiting those links is subject to GitHub's own privacy policy. Analytics are handled by our self-hosted Plausible instance.
